I also appreciate that it?s cooked to order. Adds a level of freshness to the plate. The shrimpPo Boy is a southern and NOLA classic. This is surely one of the best you?ll find in Nashville. The food was cooked fresh to order. I had the burger and Cajun fries. The meet was cooked to perfection. The fries were seasoned... great. My husband got the crawfish nachos.
