The fries and chicken fries were soggy and varely even warm. Also, i saw from the window that the man who was getting the fries... was not wearing gloves when making the orders. GROSS! I am still in shock!! I got a Double Whopper with bacon they didn't put any bacon on it also ordered onion rings I received... fries instead in my delivery order. Also, to make matters worse as you can see clearly in the photos, there was a lot of blackdebris all over our french fries which only comes from one thing which is the fryer being dirty!!! Don?t bother going to this location after 6pm, they close early ever night and sit on the clock stating the ?systems are down?... but conveniently down the road the rivergate Burger King is always up and running. Take the extra time and go to the Burger Kingby the mall, don?t waste your gas stopping at this one. Read more
Written June 16, 2022; lobby is closed. That?s the only reason for 3 stars. Come on now. It?s 97° in the evening and gas is 5... bucks a gallon. Nobody wants to sit in their car and eat dinner. This Burger King like alot of places is so short staffed it is drive through only. They were really nice, but I waited a long... time (I think the car in front of me had a whole bunch of special stuff ordered). They mail out GREAT coupons. I recommend justkeeping some in your car. I usually get the family meal for 12.99 coupon - three Whoppers, three cheeseburgers, three smallfries. It would have been 5 stars except for the wait. Read more
If I could give this store 0 stars, I definitely would. I ordered a 2 for $10 and got my drinks and sandwiches, but did not... receive fries. I asked the manger that was working the drive thru if the meals came with fries and she told me no. So I pulledback around to menu and clearly states with fries and drink. So I get the fries and go to eat and this is what I opened. Soafter having to get my kids back out in the cold, I was told, they could not replace my sandwich because it was an hour after Ihad been there.This is just ridiculous. A Bacon King, double. Uh, when did this happen? Now, BK has slipped down my burger place list, in the last few years, due... primarily to moving, and trying different burger places. Today, I happened to be across the street, and decided to drop in, andsee what was available. Wife wanted an original chicken sandwich, and I decided to give the Bacon King a try.
