Called in a sandwich order 30 minutes early. Go to pick it up. Wait 15 minutes with no assistance. Cooks chatting and not caring... that I?m waiting. They finally tell me that someone took my order and I have to wait another 10 min for them to make it again. 1hour and my sandwich STUNK. Bring back Hair Core! Read more
Definitely not to go place. It's not about value. It's about quality. Staff arguing with customer with temperature of coffee. Is... it so hard to brew a fresh pot. I would have paid extra. Favorite bagel place for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen staff is so warm and welcoming. Adrianna at the counter is also great.... When she says good morning it makes my day. She really makes the place. The bagels yum yum yum. Plenty of seating that iscontinuously wiped down. Toasted blueberry bagel with light butter or toasted cinnamon sugar with light cream cheese are myfavs. The burritos are legit too! Read more
In my experience, this is the only local bagel place that is consistently good at online pickup orders. They don't make me wait... in line to get a pickup order like other places do. Bagels are consistently in stock, rather than leaving options online thataren't being produced. For this alone, I am a repeat customer. The bagels are decent, but not mind blowing or anything. Thedonuts on the other hand are great. Before this place came along, I waited years for there to be a place like this near Madison.I don't endulge often, but it's been a good experience every time. Customizing my own donut is fun, even if I mostly stick withthe more tame configurations. Read more
Large portions, good food, and nice environment. I would recommend for the $1.50 design-your-own-cake-donut feature alone!
Decent but don't get a "panini". I ordered a Cuban and it came unpressed and not grilled - so the bread was soggy and the... sandwich fell apart. Disappointing bc the inside was tasty. Bagels/donuts are always good. Just don't go here for lunch. Read more
This is a terrible place. We went at noon on a Sunday. No table service . after placing our order we were told it was gonna take... 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. What bagel store in the right mind takes 20 minutes getting an order together. The lady infront of us was told 20 minutes for her plain bagel. A plain bagel. We canceled our order and will never eat there again. Doesmanagement actually even know what's going on at this place? Read more
