I don't like to complain, especially about employees, but the older lady who was working the pickup side was very mean. I have a... stutter and speak a bit slowly and awkwardly to avoid it. I was trying to explain that I was picking up multiple orders and wassnapped at to "just give the names." And then she intentionally sat the drink carrier too far back on the counter for me toreach with all the orders in bags on my arms and then walked off. Like I didn't feel like I was picking up orders for my office,I felt like I was in middle school getting bullied! Thank goodness the lady who was taking walk in orders stepped over to helpme. The service was quick and the food was amazing. This Zaxby?s is probably the best within a 25 mile radius. Will come again soon!

Maybe its a shortage on ice, but definitely there'sa shortageon customerservice. I ordered a large sweet tea with extra ice.... The young lady took my card handed me a hot sweet tea with about 5 chips of ice. She came back to the window headed me my card.I asked did you give me extra ice? She said yes then slammed the window. I sat there and waited for the other young lady fillingup cups to take notice of me. She did. I asked her if I could have some extra ice for my drink. She gave me a separate small cupof ice. Where do I begin? The chicken was not nearly fried long enough, no seasoning, the white cheddar bites were bland as they too... were missing salt or seasoning, my coke didn't taste like a coke should. I'll NEVER eat there again!!! Read more

I've given up on this place. 2 things are going to happen here everything you go. They are going to ask you to pull up from the... drive thru window to the door to wait for your order and that order will never be right. You can order cheddar bites and theygive you pickles, you order an unsweetened tea and the give you sweet, ask for a meal large sized and they give you regular. I'mnot saying I have all the answers but I do notice that the people preparing the food aren't the same ones that hand it to you somaybe the people handing it out may need to check before they tell you it's all there to head on down the road. Also: If youask me to pull up and wait so you can handle everybody behind my cars order the least you can do is make sure the food I'mwaiting for is correct. Read more

Don't order the Go Big upgrade unless you look and confirm they are upgrading the size of your fries because the fries were the... same amount if not less. And at this particular location there is a little disrespectful young man at the window being smart andnot being corrected by the manager because a doubt she cared any more than he did.
