Got my order wrong 4 different times
Terrible experience at the Madison, MS location! There was no "closed" sign posted anywhere. There were employees inside, but we... sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to take our order while cars piled up behind us in line. Wefinally pulled ahead to the window only to see an employee making herself a drink. She ignored us until we tapped on the glass,then she made a "cut" sign across her throat and shouted that they were closed. No apologies for the inconvenience, noexplanation. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER be back to this location. I would give NO stars, if possible. Read more
It's one lady at they d/t that Hesston my nerves telling me that they don't sell Arnold Palmer. So I order Sweet tea/Lemonade.... She try to tell me we don't sell it like that. I told her I been ordering this forever and she's the only one who say that. Idon't know what her problem is but she crazy. Food mostly good. Speed of Service fair. Was a good location but just can?t get open regular hours and dining room not open.
Food was fine I just hate that every fast food place is so short staffed that they have to close early and you have to wait a... long time. Read more
The food that we got was fine. The problem was, I ordered a meal and didn't get my fries, I asked for a bunch of extra ketchup... and didn't get it, and I didn't get any utensils with my meal. And you're halfway down the highway before you realize, andthere's no point in heading back. Read more
