I LOVE eating Subway. and I have bought in more than 10 different places and without a doubt, the WORST place to buy is this. ... a couple of women fighting in front of customers. they serve people who stood in line after you first and also serve your foodso poor it's embarrassing. as if you don't have money to pay $15 dollars and some tips.. They are unfortunately trained to give you little to no cheese. I asked for a little more and was charged for EXTRA cheese. Paid... $15.56 for a footlong chicken bacon ranch with chips and a drink. Read more
Despite three employees working, only one was actually making food. She was completely uninterested in her job, barely made any... effort whatsoever engaging customers and had an overall depressed attitude. The food was of poor quality, and appeared to havebeen just sitting out for days. Subway in Madison is super slow. I spent my whole 30 minute lunch break in there waiting in line to get served. They have 4... employees and only 1 is taking orders and checking the customers out. HORRIBLE!! Read more
The store is neat and clean. The young man that made my turkey bacon avocado wrap was so careful and artful! It was hands down... the best thing I have ever gotten at any Subway! He was so polite! Very good experience! Read more
Very bad service will not be coming back to this particular store. You ask to make your sandwich a certain way with extra sauce... on it they just say that they can't do that and if you say that you'll pay extra they still refuse to make the sandwich the waythat you would like. Read more
