I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with my experience today! Firstly, absolutely ZERO customer service from entrance to exit!!! Then I... ordered a sandwich with Mayo, mustard, and pickles...I make the 20 minute drive back to my job to taste my sandwich and thepickles are SWEET!!! What type of place does this??!!!! I have never been to a steak escape that had sweet pickles on asandwich!!!!!! I don't have time to take it back but I will never visit this location again!!! I have never been to a Steak Escape before. The food was good. The restaurant it's self was not clean. One young gentleman with... his mask half way on his lips. There was only 3 total people there behind the counter. The young man at the counter was tryingto take care of front line and drive thru. Although he didn't wear the head set until he heard the buzzer go off. At one point the man on the grill left the line and that put the guy from the register running the grill with his other two jobs. Morepeople to get the restaurant in order. Read more
Turnaround happening? Service here was awful for a long time, but for some reason I gave them another chance... today. Surprisingly, it was fast. I was through the drive through and gone within 5-6 minutes. And the food was great. Read more
They gave me a drink with NO ice. It was overfilled so when I stuck the straw through the lid the drink squirted all over my... car. I took a sip and it tasted horrible. The staff was rude and the sandwich was disgusting. Save yourself the disappointmentand go down the road a few miles. There?s a horse stable. I went here today and I had a horrible experience. The fries was half done. I order a grand escape and original Philly. The... bellpeppers and the onions on the sandwich was practically raw. I don't even know what they had going on. This place charge too much money for this nonsense its serving. I love Steak Escape but I will not be returning to this one. Horrible Service. Steak Escape is a restaurant chainbased out of Columbus, Ohio. Locations are typically found in food courts in shopping malls as well as airports, all serving avariety of menu items, including cheesesteaks. The company is known as the originator of the mall cheesesteak concept. Andhibachi style cooking fresh made to order right before your eyes.
