Came in this Restaurant today around 1:30 pm and the atmosphere was very nice and the establishment was very clean. The young... lady who took my order was so polite and friendly. When I received my order the food was prepared in a professional manner and the taste and flavors were incredible. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Tried their fiesta sandwich for the first time on today and it was amazing. Today was my first time trying one of their... sandwiches ever. Made to order, I loved the bread, and the smoked turkey breast. Hands down, they are my top choice. Not tocompare them, but I prefer their sandwiches over newk's and McAlister's any day. Read more
I wish we had liked the sandwiches, but we just didn't. The restaurant was super clean, the staff was so nice, and the location... was convenient. I ordered a 1/2 Original and a 1/2 Orchard salad. The sandwich was really dry and the sourdough bun was chewyand hard to eat. There just wasn't any flavor. My friend had the whole Original w/chips and felt the same way. My kiddo had agrilled cheese and added ham. She said the ham was tasty, but she also had trouble with the bun. She devoured the chocolate chipcookie, though! I did like the Orchard salad w/vinaigrette...the goat cheese! Yum! If we do go back in the future, we will optfor something other than the Original. I've always loved schlotskys and have always gone to the flowood location but since starting my new job this Madison location is... just closer. Both encounters have been terrible. The first, I just ordered a sandwich through the drive through, after havingrude silence and small interaction with the drive through lady I was given my order and me being on my lunch break I rush backto work only to find out instead of a simple turkey sandwich I got some kind of salami smothered in onions sandwich, which wasawful and I had no time to return ???? The second time I'd have over 200 points saved up and wanted to redeem some for a freesandwich as well as purchasing a pizza and drink, the app was not cooperating at all and wouldn't give me the barcode to redeemin store and wouldn't apply to my purchase online. On top of that the employees and manager weren't at all helpful saying theyneeded the barcode to give me any sort of discount. Madison y'all need to step up your game Read more
