Me and my husband came through your drive thru on September 26,2022 we ordered 8 small cheeseburgers. When we got to the window... and paid for our food a young lady named Caprice all but threw our change and food in our car, my husband and I was completelytaken by surprise at her rudeness. Once we arrived home (70 miles away) we discovered we had paid for two orders but onlyreceived one, so we paid $19.89 for 4 small burgers. I've attempted to contact the restaurant manager but no one ever answersthe phone. I've emailed corporate but have yet to get a reply. This has really made me never ever wanting to go to krystalsagain. Bad service, cashiers that are rude, overcharged for food, incomplete order, and ineffective management. I so want togive my rating a 1 star but in all fairness the food was quite good. Read more
The service is definitely not speedy, but they seem to be chronically understaffed like the rest of the food industry. The drive... thru attendant was polite and my order was correct. The tots were fresh out of the fryer and crispy. Read more
AWFUL! WORSE FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVERY!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I place my order. I get to the window to pay and... I paid, the girl gives me the wrong change and I look at the receipt and I tell her that isn't my order. She checks and comesback to tell me that the car in front paid my order. I'm like ok. Can I have my food please and the correct change?She says nobecause the car in front paid the cost of my order... They wanted me to pay for the car in front of me, which was $3 more thanmy order. They wanted me to pay for the mistake that they made. After 15 minutes have gone by and they are huddled togetherinside the store, I honked my horn and asked them to just please give me my $10 back and I'll be on my way. They say they can'tdo that. No refunds. I say well give me my food and my correct change. By then other cars are waiting... There's more, but Iwon't get into that... I'll never stop in there again. I don't live near there, and whenever I do come through Gluckstadt Iwill usually stop by there. The last couple of times it's been closed so I was glad to see that it was open this time. I hatethat I stopped at all. The worse thing about it is that they treated me like I'd done something wrong(rolling their eyes at me,telling me you just don't understand. Yes I understood very well. Their register was going to be short and they wanted me topay) when the young lady at the window is the one who made the mistake.
