It took a stormy Monday evening for the entry line to be short enough that the husband would finally go! I love the atmosphere,... although the lighting is really, really dim. It might have been related to the aforementioned stormy evening, but have yoursmartphone at the ready for extra light. Nonetheless, the service was prompt, friendly, and consistent. The food wasexcellent, Dozen raw to start, along with the coconut shrimp appetizer. I had the Mahi over a bed of sauteed spinach. If youlike Spinach, then it's a must. First time visiting. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She was very accommodating to our requests to... adjustments to menu items. The food was fabulous. I had the Voodoo Shrimp Tacos. The Voodoo sauce is a sweet spicy sauce theshrimp are tossed in. It is not too spicy. My wife had just a fried shrimp Po-boy and enjoyed it. Love the decor and menu. This was my first time having oysters and I'm hooked. They were so flavorful. I got the sea food... sampler, it was good, but a few things, when asked if I wanted fried or grilled I didn't realize all of it would be friedincluding my Mai ???? also the over deep fried a few things. Appetizers were awesome. The voodoo shrimp was a great flavor! Crab claws were fried perfectly! Oyster sampler was... amazing. Shrimp and grits could use a lot of work! The big easy surf and turf was great! Drinks were good! Server just made theexperience or so great. We ordered another oyster sampler but we never got. He run our food up on the wrong table so they took afew times they the other table. He didn?t come back and check on us when we really needed things like silverware, sauce, drinks,the rest of our meal!! I would say just drive a little more and go to the other location!! Read more
