I ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals for dine-in which took over 20 minutes to receive. The guy behind the counter apologized,... telling me that they had to get out the drive-thru first and were backed up. That did not sit right with me, especially whenpeople were coming inside from the drive-thru to pick up their food because they were also tired of waiting. There were 5 or 6employees in the drive-thru area and only 1 at the front counter. The "runner" kept calling all the men customers "boss man".Very unprofessional environment. And, by the time my order came out. It was cold and drinks were watered down. The last fewtimes I've visited this location I said I'd never come back. I think I'm going to have to stick to my word this time. This wasridiculous! Wendy's had always been my favorite burger restaurant, but things sure have changed, and it's a shame. Read more

This place is a disgrace to burgers. The Pretzel bacon pub is never freshly cooked,the hamburger patties are dry and cold and... the bottom bun is always burnt black where they just warmed it up on the grill. Also there is no smell whatsoever of anythingbeing cooked after 12 noon. And they can't get an order right either. Twice I ordered a double only to get a single. Don't evenbother. They are slack. Unfortunately it seems Wendy's has changed their service strategy and this location, like others I have visited lately, suffers... from extremely slow, poor service. In this case I ordered chili and baked potato - both of which only require the workers toserve it up but instead I waited 30 min or so. Then I was informed they were out of crackers for my chili. The grill wasn'tworking so several other customers were forced to substitute their orders after paying and waiting several minutes. Igenerally like Wendy's menu selections better than other burger stores but my latest experiences will cause me to choose not tovisit Wendy's until their service is improved. Not recommended. Still sucks.........8-29-03I'm local to this Wendy's location. The only option is generally drive thru IF they're open. With the... average 4 to 6 cars ahead of you the average wait time is minimum 20 minutes plus. At times they'll appear open but be closed atvarious times during the day/evening. No option for mobile orders except drive thru wait and pickup. The longest wait of all thefast food restaurants at the 119 exit off of I20 and 441. Read more

My experience on today was by far the best service I have received in while from a business. I wish I would have gotten the... young lady name but on our visit to this location on 8/6/22 around 10am the young lady was extremely professional and friendly.She even made sure our food was fresh and hot without us even asking. The food was awesome the lady that waited on me and my granddaughter she was not friendly at all she didn't smile didn't say... thank you and when my granddaughter noticed it that she was not friendly that tells it all from a 9-year-old. And the air wasnot working and it was hot and muggy it smelled like mold in the dining area. But the food was awesome and we tried the newstrawberry Frosty and it was awesome. Just need to get young lady that was waiting on us to be more friendly to the customers. Read more

The service was better than the food. My husband ordered the Dave Double, NO onions, lettuce and tomatoes! He got everything he... didn't want. The whole order was wrong. I ordered the $5 biggie bag with the chicken sandwich okay my nuggets was laying in thebottom of the bag and I went to get my sandwich just to have it fall out the wrapper in the bag I threw the whole bag out thewindow. Keep driving. Horrible. The door locks on the exterior door are broken, so you think they?re closed anyway?. The AC is not... functioning in the dining area. From the state of extreme stickiness of the wooden tables, dangerously slick floors, moldyceiling tiles, and the tarnished metal pushpins holding the folding wallpaper to the wall, it?s safe to assume there hasn?t been climate control here for a while. You?d think the customer service might be better to compensate for one of the worst fastfood dining experiences, but you?d be wrong. The level of disdain for serving their customers matches the rest of the location. Read more
