2050 Eatonton Rd, Madison, GA 30650 11-6-22 from 11:35 to 12:30: The food was good, but it was the dirtiest waffle house ever!... We've eaten at WH for over 40 years and this was the worst hygiene and very poor service: - food all over the floor - foodstains on the metal and glass surfaces and it was old stains - dirty table cleaning wash cloths - slow service in spite ofall the high bar seating and 1 booth out of service - there were 2 cooks, 3 servers and a manager who was taking inventory atlunch time? Literally turning away business. Sunday evening at 11:30. only like 3 tables seated. At least 3 employees. Was told "no togo... orders right now". Me and two other cars pulling in as I was walking out overheard me and also left because of this. Will neverbe back to this location. Read more
I am a truck driver I tried calling in a order nobody answered the phone I?ve called for a hour straight. I pulls up to the... establishment and it?s only 2 people dinning in and the cook was outside on the phone. They were under staffed, closed whenever they felt like it and ran out of to go containers so only taking dine in but only had 3... booths open and the counter to eat at. So u had to wait for ppl to sit order get food and eat before being seated. Read more

I hope this is the correct store, 335 I believe is what I was told, had to clean out own table, them waited for ever to get... served, eggs had to be returned, not cooked correctly. Even I can soft scrambled an egg, then my , 2 friends where told theycouldn't take there to go.. may never eat at any waffle House again. Read more
Came in during a busy time, and it took awhile to get noticed. When I finally did get some attention, the service felt a little... impersonal. However, it was prompt from then on out and the food was prepared quite well. Read more
Stood at register for 15 min just to be told they were not taking orders to go, dine in only. So was not able to get any food.
