We came to this Waffle House in Madison, GA just off I-20 for dinner after we found that another restaurant had a 45 minute... waiting period. The store was blocked off so that only about half the seats were available for service. There were only twoemployees, Wallace the cook and Harley the waitress. There was no place for us to sit initially, so we waited. Many morecustomers came in over the time we were there eating our dinner. Some left, others stayed and waited for tables to open up.Harley was a bit pressured to say the least, but was kind and professional. Wallace was calm, cooked orders and helped takeorders and cash people out. He never became flustered. Our food was hot, cooked well and delicious. The coffee was hot. I was soimpressed with the performance of these two young people, running an entire restaurant by themselves and still serving up goodfood, that I gave them each a very large tip and thanked them for their holiday work and dedication. I hope the company alsoacknowledges their hard work, but also gives them some much needed support in doing their jobs! Read more
This place was doing the best they could short handed. The other one across I20 had order only cause they didn't want to work.... Heard they do that alot. They lost my business but this one gained it. Read more

A typical waffle House. Good breakfast all day long. I had to ask the waitress to refill my coffee, supply jelly, supply butter.... When she refilled my coffee, it's spilled on the counter. She apologized, but did not bother to clean it up. The cook wastalking loudly the whole time I was there. There was no sense of urgency. I absolutely love this location store # 773. Grill op is fanominal, and Ms Evelyn is my favorite. Always pleasant and smiling.... Amber is the best. Food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Clean and tidy. GOOD FOOD FAST. Read more

Waitress over charged us for our meal. I didn?t get my hash browns like I asked for them! And my soda was not refilled!!!
