Who owns this franchise? Do you not know what is going on here? This used to be a good place to go in sit down and eat. Service... was good, clean dinning area, clean restrooms. I thought why want they open up dinning area, everybody else is open. I know whynow. Went thru the drive thru ordered two number 6s which is two breast. Got the order an pulled over so my wife could check it.Had two thighs. Backed up to the window an told her we had two thighs should be breast, she said so you need two breast, I saidno we need four? Do you want these thighs back, she said no. She said pull up an I will bring them to you. When she did, shesaid you might want to check to make sure they are breast. What, you work at KFC an don't know the difference between breast anthigh. Oh the sides were wrong too. I hope the owner reads these. You are losing money and customers my friend. Orders had missing food. To many times, not 1 but many. Will not go back.
Management is lousy. They treat workers/ customer like trash when they order their food. Management needs to be replaced in... order for KFC to profit. Read more
The young man at the counter was as friendly and enthusiastic as I could hope for, but unfortunately, he was not well versed on... the register. My order was not at all complicated but getting it placed proved to be a two-man operation for some reason. I hadto go back to the counter to order a biscuit since somehow it was removed from my original order. The Diet Coke was out in thelobby so I have someone get it for me from the kitchen. When I went for a refill, the lobby was still out and the kitchen was,too. That's the one and only option for diet soda so I was unable to get a refill. TL;DR- Nice staff. Don?t order online. Check everything before you leave. Don?t expect accuracy. The three stars is because the... two workers we interacted with were nice. But man were they struggling. I?m sure they are understaffed like everywhere but therewere so many things wrong. Instead of the sides we ordered (large mashed potatoes and gravy, large fry, and large corn) we got 3large mashed potatoes and a large Mac n cheese and the smallest thing of gravy you?ve ever seen. We had ordered an additionallarge gravy to dip the tenders in and also got what looked like another individual size. They also initially didn?t give us anyof the sauces that come with the tender meal. When we asked for them, instead of listening to what sauces we ordered, she justsaid, ?So a bunch of sauces.? Then she just put random sauces in a bag, not the ones we had ordered. We ordered online where itmakes you select what sauces you want and how many, with a certain number allotted based on how many tenders you ordered.Apparently actually giving us the sauces that were written down is too difficult. At this point the person I was with justwanted to go but I realized there was no way we would have enough gravy for the three large mashed potatoes we now had. Ipointed this out and she gave us a couple more tiny gravy containers. Maybe they are out of large containers? If so I wish shewould say that. She did eventually say she gave us extra potatoes because they are out of corn. Still no clue where the Mac ncheese came from. And they forgot the drink so we had to ask for that. In the end, I?m sure some of the extra food we got willjust get thrown out especially since no one we were dining with cares for kfc?s Mac n cheese. My advice is don?t order onlinebecause they may not let you know when you get there that they were out of something and subbed something else for it.
