Horrible customer service. I?m gluten free and had to order a meal without a biscuit. I was charged for the biscuit . My sons... bacon,egg and cheese biscuit was not in the bag. I was charged for that too. When you try to call the number is disconnected andyou any go inside. The doors were locked. If you just have money to waste at this place, you should be good. Read more

I have never had such horrible service or treatment in my life. I have never given a bad review before in my life if that... explains how bad this was that I would feel the need to give this review. I understand that some places are short staffed and itmay take a while to get things done, but I have never been asked to wait a minute, then sit there for 10 minuets while no onecomes back to say as such, that they are short staffed. And then get mad at you and tell you to leave when you are now talkingto the speaker trying to get someone's attention and that I was being rude by trying to get their attention. Her words were "youwas doing too much and you can either calm down or you can leave". Now at this point I am actually mad, because how dare youspeak to someone that way when I have done nothing wrong but try to get you to at least answer me in the speaker, and some mypeace thru their speaker. Not sure who owns this store or who needs to hear it, but you better start paying attention to cameras and sale times. Myself &... about 8 other cars were in drive thru trying to order last night Saturday just after 10. The times stated on website & Googleall say midnight, hmm. Employees inside didn?t even bother speaking to anyone pulling up to speaker. All lights including signwere all on. Guess they just like to give themselves early nights off? Read more

Never a line in the drive thru when I go. I am always greeted my the manager, Ms. Nancy, who makes you want to work for her. she... is the nicest woman I have ever met. Wish I could give a negative star.... We got off the interstate to get our Burger King fix.. Well not here.. All the employee... said we are short staffed... We couldn't even place a order... We stopped at this place to use the restroom. It was disgusting. I was kind of shocked. One thing I did realize, is that they... were understaffed. There were four people working to handle the long line outside and the long line inside. I don't blame themfor the restroom being dirty.
