Totally disappointed today. Yes we know that it was lunch time. It didn't help that the person at the register taking orders was... texting on her phone. Also waited 25 minutes for our order. We noticed several people leaving without ordering. I counted 22people in line inside waiting on their orders. Five drive up orders were filled for every one order inside. Seems like you needmore help. We know that Arby's won't go broke if we decide not to stop again. Thanks for trying not bad for 22 dollars worth offood for a 25 minute wait, almost even. Read more
Was just sitting at drive-thru speaker for several minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there.

Arby?s use to be my favorite restaurant to eat at but not anymore after the very bad service I experience Friday evening of... October 21, 2022 the cashier was a white lady that definitely need to be trained or retrain she mess up my whole order and otherpeople orders that were in line, she was charging you for things you never order, over charging, putting in the wrong orders,waited and hour on my food, then when I got it, it were cold. Never gave me my cup for my drink it came with the combo. Shesuppose to call your name out for the order never did. Read more

Arby's restaurant is a great place to get Euro sandwiches. I enjoy them every time I get one also the cashiers are very nice and... kind bathrooms are very clean and cashiers are very knowledgeable. Read more
