I had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. The chicken was smothered with cheese which was good but the texture of the chicken... was mushy. The spaghetti was so tasteless that i had to bring it home to add spices and flavors to be edible. I would havepreferred some attention from the waiter other than take my order and bring my bill. We get there and there busy so we expected there might be a wait at which we where fine with that. Finally our waitress comes... and tries to take our order?!?! The music was extremely loud in there, but we ordered and made sure she heard us correctly. Wifeordered BONELESS WINGS JONEY HOT and I ordered the BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB. About 45 minutes later she came to us and said our foodwas coming out (which we believe she forgot to turn our order in) now was about another 15 minutes we got our order which waswrong!!! Wife got Bone In wings and I got the wrong sub at that point the waitress ruined our meal together by not listening andtaken on more than she could handle!!! Seating was great. Order very wrong and very disappointed. I order lemon pepper wings lite sauce cook crispy. Order came up... as garlic wings super wet sauce with extra garlic over them. When I notified my server or the mistake, he apologize nicely andtook my order back to the kitchen, only to come back with the exact same dam order swimming in garlic sauce saying the cook dipit it lemon pepper sauce. No lemon pepper on my wings at all; the wings are still super wet in garlic sauce "Exactly sameorder". So I play nice keep the wings, wipe off the garlic wings as best I can. Eat 3 1/2 wings because I couldn't takeanother bite. Got the bill they charge me and extra .50 cent for the garlic that I didn't order. When I pointed it out to himon the bill he said oh ma I can correct that. Brought a new ticket back with the exact same price as the 1st ticket. What theHell???? Won't be going back no more, never. American food served in a rustic interior with their own beers as well as others from the area. Staff like Mary Beth make going... out for dinner worth it. Visiting in the area, the food took a long time to say the least. MB acted to ensure my food wasgetting prepared and made a joke to ease my unpleasant expression. We arrived pretty late after flight delays, but was promptly seated and drinks ordered. Just after receiving our food, It was... obvious that the staff was cleaning up in preparation for closing. Food was fantastic, waitress was attentive, and never didthey make us feel rushed to leave. Amici made a great first impression! Read more
This place was a major surprise while Intown for biz in this small town Of Madison! I walked in and the place was packed... Saturday night and the manager Dave seated me exactly where i wanted to sit and the waitress Morgan was excellent service andthe food was outstanding! the house salad was above and beyond expectations and the pizza was delicious! The live music was a90s cover band that killed it and their name is Monkey Wrench. Highly recommend this little gem in the small town of Madison. Read more
Great spot for some good wings! And beer and service. We were seated pretty quickly and served drinks in minutes. We all ordered... a variety of food and no one had anything bad to say at all. They happily accompanied our large group. I'm glad they opened oneclose to us! Read more
Hello, it’s me again!!!! Here’s another place I visited during my work trips in Madison, GA. Today is Wednesday, November... 16, 2022 at approximately 8:15 p.m., Some colleagues took me here for lunch. It’s unfortunate to say, but the service was notgood nor was the food. My colleague insisted that this was a one off. While, sike on me!!! I returned for dinner, to givethem another chance. I sat at my favorite place in any restaurant, the bar. Service was just subpar, after I ordered and ate,it took me going to the restroom to find out Wednesdays all day it’s 50% off wings. So with that being said, at lunch it wasnever mentioned and of course no one said anything during dinner. If you are expecting good food and customer service you canforget about it this is not the place. To add on, the place wasn’t busy so there’s no excuse. Read more
