Drive through employees was very rude. She got my order wrong and decided she should have the attitude about it instead of me.... They also gave me a busted cup. The solution was not to put it in a new cup, but to just put a cup under it to catch the liquidspilling out. Read more

I just left and was there around 1 pm 01/02/21. It was pretty busy and the staff was amazing!! Like a well oiled machine, they... were busy moving quick but calm and friendly while taking orders. Every time I have ever gone to this location (inside Target at the Madison location) , the customer service is terrible. The... workers are rude, impatient, and do not take the time to make your order correctly. The drinks are carelessly thrown together,without the right proportions of ingredients, making it a waste of money. Additionally, almost every time I have visited thislocation, most of the workers have their masks pulled below their noses. There is a state required mask policy, and they arenot abiding by it.
