I ordered my pizzas at 6:24 on an Wednesday and the website said 30 to 45 minutes at 9:00 pm called and asked why it was delayed... the manager told me he was doing his best and was short staffed understand that then I asked why it was 2 hrs later and he saidhe would just cancel my order after I already paid with tip then he hung up on me still charged for the order we never got. Ordered at the counter and td it would be 20-25 minutes. After 30 minutes they realized it wasn't ready so waited another 20... minutes. Supervisor was upset. Food was good but not worth all that time! I'll order by phone or app from now on! I'll thinktwice about ordering pizza elsewhere. Read more
I want to rate the food but never got a chance to order. Walked in the store, Sunday, September 18th, waited for 2 minutes at... the counter, watched team members walk around, look at me and comtinue to talk on the cell phone. At that point, I just left. Read more

Terrible service. Ordered pizza and it never showed up. Waited over two hours. Called the store and they gave some garbage... excuse about a truck blocking the driveway. Said the order was ?now on the way?. 50 minutes later still no pizza and the storeis closed. Would avoid ordering pizza from this establishment unless you like giving money away for nothing in return. Read more
LONG HAIR BAKED IN PIZZA. Also, they forgot the bacon strips that i paid for. We ate those pizzas anyway cuz we had already... waited an hour and a half for the pizzas, its dinner time. So I forgot to call numerous times throughout the week because ofnormal life stuff. And today I call and the lady who said she's the assistant general manager said I confused her to why I didntcall before. I told her i took pictures that day. Just go to Pizza Hut. This location's delivery drivers are poor quality. They will throw your pizza on the ground instead of... waiting for you to get to the door. Sometimes will not ring the doorbell so you will not even know how long your order wasoutside. Just take the drive to the Pizza Hut down the street. At least it'll be hot and in your hand. Read more
It was a very nice pizza place yet it is a hole in the wall. Everything In my order was right an overall nice experience.
