Came in for a quick bite to eat and ending up even getting dessert! The food came out fast and was cooked exactly as we like... it. Our waitress was so friendly and funny. What a wonderful dining experience I had last week at the ole outback.The food was great; my porterhouse steak was delivered... timely and to perfection. Everyone from the hostess and wait staff were very friendly. The appetizer came out hot and delicious. The steak was cooked to... perfection. My waitress Sandy was very attentive. She was the best! Another waiter who wasn't our waiter was so friendly. Hisname is Marco. He just stopped by and made us feel welcome to the establishment. It had been several years since we had been in an Outback due to not so great experiences in other states. This one however, ... was very good. The complimentary bread is so tasty. My husband said his steak was very good, my chicken and salad were wellflavored and fresh, my daughter also enjoyed her food. Our service was also very good. We will definitely be back again. Sirloin dinner for 6 was 80 bucks plus tax! Hardly the way it was just a few short months ago in May 2021 but that was a sirloin... for 4 dinner and maybe not as confusing. It had way more of the sides for the 4 to get. I was literally feeling like I wasrationing the food by having to ask my family what side(s) they DIDN'T want so everyone got at least one small side withoutrunning out! But hey, the salad was filled to the very top of the container. All the three sides were less than a quarter toless than halfway up the same size containers FOR SIX PEOPLE! From ordering I had to straighten that out because I couldn?torder on the app and what was told to my mom vs what the app shows was a price that was 10 dollars more and thrown together andnot even what we decided on. And that?s only because the girl told my mom what she could have and not what we wanted. When itwas pickup time we found out the girl hadn?t been trained AT ALL on the dinners for 4, 6 or 8 and many other things from theapp! That?s not a good reflection on a business if they throw employee's to the wolves and say here ya go! Now you figure itout! Don?t know if this is every city y?all are in or just this location but you might want to get it together because peopledon?t like feeling ripped off. Sandra's... attention to detail and kindness made us feel like we were at home with family. You can tell she is not only a remarkableperson, but truly a seasoned customer service professional. Hands down, some of the best in-person service I have ever had. Icome from a restaurant background and have trained servers, but Sandra really is a unicorn in this industry. I know hermanagement team is proud, but honestly she should be the CEO. Corporations need leaders that truly connect with their patrons ateach level.
