Took me morethan two hours to get two pies. The app wasn't working. I went to the restaurant, called them 16 times only to... receive a busy signal. Their lobby was closed and only drive thru opened. I finally walked in the restaurant to try to purchasemy food. Was in there 15 minutes and not once had their phone rang. Which leaves me to believe they took the phone off the hookto avoid phone in orders. Read more

We ordered ahead. Come by to pick up order. Doors are locked. Drive thu is a long wait. Wish I could cancel and just get my... money back but the phone number doesn?t work. So we are stuck in line waiting. 30mins so far. Read more

Very disappointed with service at this Little Cesar. Today When I tired to order hot in ready pizza. The guy who answer phone... was extremely rude. I proceeded to order a classic hot n ready cheese when he gave me my total of $9.23. I was shocked, I justorder the same pizza ?four days ago? at the Bob Wallace location for $5.99 total $6.23. All the guy could say was prices havewent up. Even the website has the classic for $6.99. Little Cesar on Hughes road just lost my service. Read more

This was my second time here and the pizzas were just as good as the first time, which is great to know they're consistent.both... times I've gotten the extra most bestest pepperoni, they were hot and ready so I didn't have to wait. The employees were nicetoo. I really like that they have a drive through window so I can just get pizzas and go. Read more

Of course, we like the pizza... enough. What we DO NOT like is that they keep the phone off the hook-- ON PURPOSE. As explained... by one of the employees, this is to attempt to better manage the restaurant while continually understaffed. You can orderonline, as I understand, but that doesn't afford me convenience as I need it because I'd rather call in than order online. Thekids there are doing what they can, so I look to the owner to fix the problem of being understaffed. Though it has been mademore difficult due to covid and its long reach, it is still doable. Hopefully, the owner cares enough to keep trying to regainthe proper operation of the restaurant, especially as we, the customers, keep encountering- and paying- Lil C's risingprices. *They do not offer a military discount.* Read more

Bought dinner for my kids. The order was finally prepared correctly after several mishaps from this location. My son had hair in... his cheesy bread last time he order, but be too afraid to call and notify, so we threw it away. Must be under new managementagain, because I'm quite sure the last four plus orders was burnt, order wrong, etc. The food looked so delicious tonight Iwanted a bite, but I'm not able too :( Read more

We really love pizza and needed dinner quick one night so we came to this little Caesar?s. We got the cheese and pepperoni... stuffed crust and were so excited to eat the pizza once we got home. We sat down to eat and the crust and pizza were WET. Itdefinitely was not good. We ended up just cooking it on a hot pan for a bit and it made the crust less wet and much better toeat, although still a little sketchy. Read more
