We have tried every... sushi restaurant that has been recommended to us since moving here in 2020, and not one of them could compare to the restaurantswe had back home. That is, until we found Kobe! Kobe Sushi Hibachi Express is the first sushi restaurant we've visited herethat is equivalent in both quality and excellence as what we experienced at sushi restaurants back home in Colorado. This place is a great little place for sushi! The prices are reasonable and their sushi is delicious! I got the 1591 roll. I... love rolls with fish layered on top of the roll. This did not disappoint. I tried this place before and thought the sushi wasgood, but small. I don't know if they changed how they made their sushi or if I just ordered small sushi, but it is a decentsized roll this time around. I wasn't full after one roll, but I was definitely satisfied and ordering 2 rolls would have beentoo much. Read more
New to the area and searched for the best hibachi restaurant. The ratings set high expectations. Unfortunately, the food was... subpar. No sauce on the chicken, dry and seasoned with sesame. The fried rice was even worse. They scooped it from a largecrock-pot and lacked any flavor and extremely dry. Let's not mention the yum-yum sauce that sat out and looks and taste likemayo. Read more
