Jimmy John's is always a great place to eat no matter what location it is. You can't say that about any fast food places like... McDonald's or something. They are always accurate and fast. I never went to a Jimmy's where the employees are rude. I wouldcompare them to publix's employees they are always nice!!! Read more
I hadn't eaten a sandwich from Jimmy John's up to this point...I am not sure why ???????????????? I ordered a #14 The Club with... Roast Beef and Turkey and a #4 a Turkey sandwich. I liked the fact that the sandwiches come in 8 inches & 16 inches. They werefilling and tasted great. I LOVED the chips and cookies. The oatmeal cookie is Delicious. The only things I didn't like werethat I couldn't have the sandwich heated and I couldn't see the person making the sandwiches. Overall...I was pleased with theservice and sandwiches. Food was pretty good. Service was subpar. They give a scanty amount of condiments. I?ve been eating at jimmy johns for over a... decade, I?ve never ordered a different sandwich. Always the number 12. When I asked for more guacamole, she looked at me as if Iwas the weird one. Wasn?t going to give a review but the one with glasses seemed also annoyed when my wife asked if she coulduse her rewards app. Aside from this, there was no trash can in the back, it was freezing cold inside - all in all I don?tthink the customer comes first here. Again, most of my reviews are positive ones, but the combo of all these little things mademe write this review. This is my favorite place to get a sub sandwich. They are always so great but I would like to point out that the lovely people... who are working today are absolutely wonderful. They are so sweet and kind. Even though they are short staffed due to theweather they still made the best effort to get deliveries done in a timely manner. Fast, great food. Good service! I usually get the beach club with sprouts. This is my first time to a location in Alabama. This... location did not have sprouts available. That is okay though, still a very good sandwich! My family will definitely be backagain. Read more
