Dangerous chicken. I thought I would visit this new Jacks because they serve real chicken breast sandwiches. I ordered 2 for... breakfast and the inside of the chicken was pink and cool... I threw them away. Also, I ordered a Coke Zero and they serve acup full of ice with a splash of Diet Coke. Bad juju. Read more

Total disgrace . I was very disappointed with everything even the manager had no compassion! I?ve worked in the restaurant... industry for years i know what it?s like to be short staffed but i also know that i also didn?t have a choice to close myrestaurant and take my customers money without doing that . I ordered doordash at 9:15 and my order was canceled due to ?shortstaff? . Which is funny because i had just left the restaurant but decided to door dash more tenders because my kids loved them. Terrible customer service. I ordered my food through drive thru. I was told to pull forward. Was given my food but was short on... my order. I've got mobility issues but I had to get out of my car and go inside and get my food fom the young man that broughtme my food originally. He apologized but didn't mean it by his expression. I went back to my car grumbling to my self about thisand was followed out by the same employee and I asked him for his store number twice but all he said was feel free not to comeback. His screw up. Hands down best fast food burger in the area. Service was fast and friendly with genuine smiles. Everything is immaculate and... this burger actually looks like the pictures and commercials and taste fresh off the grill in your back yard. Very nice! Read more
Great customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup
My husband and I decided to try Jack?s today. We were sadly disappointed due to my order being completely wrong, I got a chicken... salad with ranch & they forgot the chicken & the ranch. They also forgot to put a fork in the bag, & we were on the go so it wassuper frustrating to try to find a place that has a fork. I know people have their bad days so I?m giving it 2 stars due to thecustomer service and employees being super kind. Read more
