Was in the drivethru at this restaurant, sitting at the speaker. They asked for my order and I said, ?I have a mobile order?.... Dead silence. I ask, ?are you there? several times, no response. Then I hear someone ask again if they can help me and I repeat,?I have a mobile order?. In the meantime, the car behind me just says they dont know you are there and passes me and goes to thewindow. The speaker person says may I help you again and I tell them I have a mobile order and they tell me to come to thesecond window. When I drive around, there sits the car that passed me, The Maids, with 3 people in it and they are each giving aseparate order while I wait behind them. I go up to their window and say, you knew I was waiting on them to respond again, whydid you pass me. They rolled their window up. When they finally moved on, I asked the people at the drive thru window why theyignored me and they said they thought I left. I asked them how could they think that when they were asking me what I wanted andI was replying and then asking are you there. They had no answer because there was not a truthful one. Of course, because it wasa mobile order, it had been sitting there getting cold while the three not ladies were ordering separately and me waiting behindthem. If I hadnt already paid in the app, I would have left. Never again! Despicable service per Burger King and I will telleveryone I know about the rude women that work for The Maids. BTW: Just to show how truly slow this drive thru is: not anotherone of the 8+ cars behind us at the speaker pulled around the bldg until I was leaving. WE ALL HAD TO WAIT except these women. Just went thru the drive thru and all of the lights are on in the restaurant but no one is taking orders. I see employees... inside. What's the problem Read more
The people were definitely friendly and I would have given more stars if they hadn't left out my fries ????. They were fast in... the recovery of the situation when I went back. I've had WAY worse happen at other BK 's, so, all in all they did ok. Read more
This Burger King seems to not follow its posted schedule from 6am to 10pm. Got here at 9:10pm and been waiting for over 10 mins... now. They are very slow when I can actually get food. Usually are kind of rude. This is the last time I come back to this place.Would give them lower rating but I can deal with 1 star I guess. Read more
Very nice very polite just like you should have at a quick restaurant. Thank you Burger King for doing such a good job.
