Bojangles food is cheap and tasty... When you finally get it. Waited half an hour after placing my mobile order, no attempt was... made to prepare my food until ten minutes after I went to the counter and demanded it. I usually stop by the Madison Bojangles 3 times a week for breakfast. I always order bo sized fries with my meal. The last 3... times they have not given me the Bo size. The first time I didn't say anything the second time they said they were out of largecontainers and they should have given me a small and a medium. The last time they said the medium was the new large lol. So thenext time I wanted Bojangles I went to another location and guess what they gave me the Bo size. Needless to say I will notreturn to the Madison Bojangles, I just want what I pay for. Read more

Service is extremely slow and servers are not attentive. I understand that completing big orders is a priority, in most cases,... but if all I needed was one sausage biscuit, bo rounds, and a drink. Why wait 15 minutes as they were waiting on biscuits anywayto complete the big order? I suggest pushing the small orders out and keeping the line moving to minimize the wait. Read more
