Ordered Lamb Kadai, whatever noodles (vegan) w/ side of white rice. Being my first Indian food, I?m forever a fan. Lamb was... tender as a beef roast- the ginger sauce paired very well even though bit greasy. With it all, the veggies were fresh, sautéedjust enough to get that crunch & keep their flavor. Vegan noodles were mildly spicy yet sweet & not overly cooked or drenchedwith sauce; perfect. Didn?t taste like cheap noodles to me. White rice is different, it?s a little dry with cumin in it. Second time I've eaten here. First was dining on the patio, second got take out on the way home. The curry is amazing, one of... the best tasting dishes I've had of all my time here on earth haha. I had chicken soup, garlic nan, goat curry mild spicy and mango shake. Very, very delicious hands down. I am definitely coming... back, this is my new taco place. Very convenient for a truck driver, because the pilot truck stop is right across the street, soI parked my semi truck there and walk across the street to eat and enjoy fresh Indian food.
