We have never had an issue with Starbucks. This is the worst experience we have had with our family. To the shift leader who... came up to the drive-thru window, and said we were rediculous in front of our children. She needs to retrain and correct hermistake before this locations loses more loyal customers. Especially after she was given the opportunity to apologize. She wenton to slamming the window on us and walked away. She didn?t want to give us her name and asked her coworkers Emi and Alex to notshare it with us either. She refused to acknowledge her wrongdoing. To the manager of this store, all we ask is that she takesresponsibility for what she did and accountability for how we were treated today. The store itself is exactly what you would expect from any Starbucks with good service. The parking lot is small and strangely... designed. The drive through backs up into the street regularly sometimes blocking traffic. The problems with this store are inthe location, parking lot, and building design, not with the service. Read more
