Truck drivers, owner operators stay away from this mechanic shop they change the oil on my truck and it cost me $6000.... Apparently they have young mechanics and Unprofessionals who don't know a thing or two about trucks. One of the young mechanicsforgot to tie my oil filters and fuel filters. I drove 100 miles from their location, I stopped in the mountains because myglass fuel filter and oil filter was not tied and I stopped in the middle of the freeway my truck would not start. I had tospend $6000 to pay the towing to get me off the freeway and repair the issue. Please watch who is changing your oil on yourtrucks, if you want to stay in business do not let unexperienced mechanics touch your truck it will cost you. Read more
After stopping at another gas station across the street and encountering a very rude attendant who informed us that there was no... available bathroom we went across to the Pilot Gas station. All the workers there were helpful and polite. A complete 180 fromthe other place. I would definitely recommend stopping at Pilot! Read more

On my trips out of town I always stop at pilot. Not only do I know that it's safe, it's well lit. It's usually clean. By far the absolute worst pilot I have ever been to!!! Their is always something wrong with the fuel pumps and customers use the... gas pumps as parking spots without fueling up. Asked about it and have been told there is nothing they can do about it? I willbe happy to pay 35 cents more per gallon across the street at shell?Never again Read more
