Put prices on their menu because their is not one price on anything, I'm just going off what they say, and some of their items... are no longer the same price on some of the google pictures for this place either...or on the menu. Quality of food is great.. staff not so much.. please train your staff in customer service. They are lacking.
Always great pizza and I would have given 5 stars if it went for the terrible service I was given. I pre-ordered a X-Large... pizza and I came in to pick it up and it took several minutes and coughs from myself to get the attention of one person to tellI was there to pick up an order. There had to be at least 10 employees standing around and making pizza in plain sight, but nota one looked up from talking to their coworkers to tell a customer that they'll be right with them. I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these... past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest!! . You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it's greatquality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don't know why the negative reviews possiblythe other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people onthe phones, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn't be 15 employees working at the same time. Best pizza in Madera. I love how they stepped up their quality, and they're prices have been consistently very reasonable. Also... love how there is a lot of staff here, and they're all always very busy bees. To the owner: whatever you're doing, keep itgoing! The only thing I think you need to take care of is the friendliness of staff. Read more
Best pizza in the central valley for the price. The other chains are gross. The Madera Pacifica Pizza has been our go-to stop... anytime we pass along hwy-99. Just keep your order simple and have them read it back to you. Then check before you leave. Read more
