Went to drive thru around 1:30am got 3 meals. Got home just to find out there was hair in all of our food. Called that night... they wanted the receipt number I said I'll call tomorrow since the receipt is in the car and it's late. Morning rolls in and Icall the manager is telling me that she doesn't know how there will be hair in our food if the cook is a male and everyone wearsa hairnet and told me to show me proof of the hair in the food. Burger was ok. Service was fast. By this location always has horrible curly fries. Not even warm, hard as a rock. Try a... different location, maybe they do better. Read more
Took 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the front counter. Two customers left who where there 30 minutes without acknowledgment... from what they said. Then took 15 minutes for my order ( 2 tacos extra lettuce). Drive thru was consistent but not BUSY andorders were relatively small. Idk what they were doing smh Read more
Doors locked at 7pm. I could understand if the covid protocols were in place. Didn't appear to be. Line in drive thru was short,... but it still took an excessive amount of time to get my food. Read more
placed a mobile order at like 3:55am pulled at 4am to pick it up, the person at the speaker said something about the system... being down until around 4:15. i let them know i already placed a mobile order the had me pull up and then park to wait for myfood. i looked at the reviews while i waited ?. seems the system crash/reboot is a habit at this location lol. i tried tocancel my order, but the app didn?t give me the option. i didn?t have to wait too long maybe 10-12 mins. the food was ok. notfresh but not last nights left overs so eh. probably just close at night if nobody wants to work the graveyard js Read more
Bathroom was very dirty and gross, toilet had pee all over the toilet seat and on the floor. Sink was gross, I had to literally... clean it myself. There was no seat covers barely any toilet paper. Good thing there was paper towels. I would have gone somewhere else but I had a 98 year old person that had to go really bad, she would not allow me to use the other bathroom because itwas employees only. I did ask if she would have someone clean. And she said maintenance has to do it. I felt that since thebathroom was gross the food would not be any better, I decided not to eat there and went to Starbucks. Read more
It?s sad how you come tru the drive tru and they tell u always a lie that the system is down that sometimes happened with the... computer it?s always something and I see them on there phone laughing wat kind of service do customers get it?s reallydisappointed I been waiting over 39 mints the the system only takes 10 to 15 mints to come back I hope they check and have thosepeople firer I have seen 22 cars leave and everyone saids they said 10 mints and it?s past 30 I call corporate and complain There just denying service to customers all this cars waiting and there looking a movie in there tv or something u can see iton the pic Read more
Long unnecessary wait time to order food. The service was not friendly and the hamburger looked not appetizing.
