I came to eat with my family, had a bad experience with an employee and (pretend) manager Diana Zuniga, extremely rude when we... ordering, to asking for ketchup, then on top she messed up our burgers, ending up taking 10 minutes to take remake 3 plainburger as they were talking on the headsets about us when i had asked to speak with a manager said i am what do you want sorudely. Big red head employee was trying to give a ?what?s up? to me from across the room trying to fight while on the clock.DONT GO, burger king really hires anyone?. Read more
We came in the drive thru to order some food and we had coupons, didn?t notice they were expired but the person on the mike... begins to show attitude, demanding us to order. This person in the mike is definitely uneducated on how to treat theircustomers. I feel sorry for the owner of this place for hiring such ignorant employees. Read more
Worst service ever I got a half empty soda and I also got vanilla shake that looked like someone drank out of it. I informed the... manger he said that the portion was correct they just gave me a bigger cup. Will never go back, it looked like they gave mesomeone's half consumed order I was so disgusted. So I had to remove a huge glob of Mayo. I love mayo but not a surprise amount in the center of my whopper. The tomato was not... even close to being ripe that the core was hard to bite through. My burger was cold and missing onions as well. It took about 5minutes to order inside even though I was the only one there. Food was made fast but it?s laying around that?s why it was cold. I asked for jalapeños and I was told I couldn?t buy them or have them even though they do have them. It was so confusing. Read more
OK I cut you some slack during the pandemic. But I can't fend for you anymore. You guys really need to get it together . I'm... not speaking about all employees but some. Your service is slow and some of you are rude. And their can literally only be acouple of cars in your drive-thru and still get parked to wait for your order... Read more
My family and I like to get whoppers here often. The food is always fresh. Employees are polite and repeat back the order. When... there's a long line, they clear it up quickly. I've never had problems at this place. It's Excellent :) Read more
