I ordered a cake for my dads birthday on Weds, scheduled a pick up after 8pm on Saturday. Went to pick up the cake and it was... never made. I asked if it could be ready by 10am the following day and was told no. I NEVER received a call saying my cake orderneeded to be cancelled. I verified my phone number on the order and they had my correct phone number written. Apparently theycouldn?t make my pre ordered cake due to a power outage, and the girl said her manager called me, which she did not call. Verydissapointed in their customer service, and my girls were sad that the cake they picked out for their grandpa was never made. Read more

Lots of ice cream choices. I've never had a problem ordering birthday cakes from there. It can be pretty busy at night, long... lines and not a lot of space but the employees seem to handle the long lines well. Read more
