I ordered a cake for my dads birthday on Weds, scheduled a pick up after 8pm on Saturday. Went to pick up the cake and it was... never made. I asked if it could be ready by 10am the following day and was told no. I NEVER received a call saying my cake orderneeded to be cancelled. I verified my phone number on the order and they had my correct phone number written. Apparently theycouldn?t make my pre ordered cake due to a power outage, and the girl said her manager called me, which she did not call.
