This has been a favorite for years. So much so that when we lived in another state we would pack our coolers home with draft... craft beer to take back. Kalypso is my all time favorite- a little key lime action!! But if you ever get the chance to trythe Blueberry Vanilla Ale, don?t pass it up!! Delicious! This time however I was slightly disappointed. We went for lunch. The food, as alway was great. Good portions and great flavor, we were not disappointed??BUT 2 years post covid and I was serveda salad in a paper bowl with plastic utensils. My husband ordered a sandwich and same thing, plastic plate. Even the waterwas in a small water cup. I didn?t mind during covid, but now?? Just a little lack luster. I can understand, sanitary reasonsand even not having to hire a dishwasher, but just a little let down eating salad in a paper bowl. Maybe it was justlunch?maybe their using up their paper products??I can only hope I get the real deal plates again next time soon. It suremakes the dining experience a whole lot better! Fellow brewery hoppers, if you are looking for a sign to try out the beer here despite it being a touristy area, this is it! We... were pleasantly surprised to find several great beers, easily the best line up of brews on our weekend trip. Inside has a funatmosphere with games and there is balcony seating if you prefer to feel the ocean breeze. The nachos are delicious, the porkwas tender and house made chips were crisp. Go for the beers. We had several beers that we really liked and they have a great selection. Our favorite was the Dolphin Drool.... Their food we decided was only average. Nice ambiance. Large indoor space along with an outdoor patio. Food was good. Beer surpassed my expectations. Prices were... reasonable. Only downside is that there is no free parking. Parking runs between $3-4 per hour, and spots are limited. Planaccordingly. If you have 3 or more people, consider trying Walk the Plank. It's tasters of all 28 beers/sangria/seltzer. If you have 3 or more adults, try the ?Walk the Plank? and get all 28 beers, ciders, seltzers, etc on tap. Our waitress was... really helpful in suggesting food as well.
