What a pleasant surprise! This place is GREAT! I had brisket tacos with chimichurri sauce (not something I'd ever seen in... Mexico) and it was WONDERFUL! So I'd call the fare a mix of authentic items and fusion items. Everything we ordered was about asgood as anything we've had anywhere, here or in Mexico. The decor is gorgeous and the staff is enthusiastic about the food andtheir guests. We live over a half hour away, which I figured was a little too far to go for dinner, but after this experience,we will definitely be coming back! Read more

This is a very good Mexican restaurant. We've been here a few times and the food has been good each time. There have been... times here when the service was slow, but not tonight when we had a server who took great care of us. The menu has a goodselection of items and the pricing is decent. Read more
My grandmother and I came here for the first time for my birthday. My food was ok. Part of it was cold and my rice was hard too.... Chips were fantastic! I gave it a two star because not only were there slight issues with my meal but at the end of the visit,my grandmother used the rest room before we left, and she was not thrilled. No toilet paper, she had to put a new roll on, andthere was no soap or even hand sanitizer! Do the cooks not wash their hands? That was a turn off. Also the floors were stickytoo. It was our first visit to Casa Catrina and we had a great time, we enjoyed the delicious food as well as the very tasty... margaritas, we had the blackberry margarita first but the winner was the passion fruit margarita, hands down the best. Elliotdid an excellent job recommending the best dishes and making the margaritas while running the bar. We will definitely return!Highly recommend it! Read more
