Burnt grease, wrong sauces on the chicken, should have been ranch and hot honey mustard, got some nasty zax sauce on both,... ordered online still got it wrong. This location has about a 27% accuracy rating with us in the 4 years we have lived close by.Attempted zaxbyslistens site for refund, not even sure it went through, no email confirmation, nothing. My Son loves him some Zaxby's! I like their grilled chicken house salads! The one on Zebulon road is the best location. My... salads are always fresh and look well put together. Last visit, they even put a hard boiled egg in it. Nice! Read more

Ordered The Cobb salad. They told me they were out of vinaigrette dressing, which I said was ok.....but they failed to tell me... the salad was carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and bacon!!! My husband's Zaxby's Club was missing lettuce and tomatoes!!! Oh ya andwe had to wait 5 mins for the chicken to be cooked!!! This Zaxby's used to be the best....I guess COVID did them in!!! We arrived two hours after opening and this store was completely filthy. Every table was sticky and dirty with dirty trays on... them, food in the seats, food under the tables. All around the drink dispenser was wet and sticky. The counter with thenapkins was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing. Even the windows are dirty and dusty. This is the third time in recentmonths we have come in and found the store in this condition. I had hoped it was temporary problem as we have been coming tothis location for years, but it seems to be the norm for them now. We won?t be back. Read more

This is by far the worse location I?ve ever visited. The wait time is ALWAYS extremely long, yet the food is subpar. I ordered a... meal last night that was missing the dipping sauce and coleslaw. The chicken wasn?t tossed in the sauce but was simply poured ontop and the toast was cold. This was after waiting over 20 plus minutes to even order. I can no longer support this business.This location desperately needs a management overhaul. Read more

Long wait. Out of fried mushrooms. Out of blackened chicken. Out of blue cheese dressing. Fried pickles tasted RANCID;... looked like the pickles had been sunburned, or dehydrated. Would have gone back to get my money back, but did not want to wastemore time. Shame, Zazby's. Shame! Read more
