The Eisenhower parkway location was the worst I have ever had. Took over 15 minutes to get just a breakfast combo. And then I... had to tell them I had a Frosty on my receipt that they neglected to put up there on the counter. The worst part is this is theclosest Wendy's to where I live. Anytime I'm out on Gray highway I'll stop at Wendy's and everything goes very smoothly. Read more
So don?t judge the fact that o are half of this salad before taking the picture but I was hungry and as you can see it looked... too good.but I basically want to give a huge shout out to this Wendy?s for having excellent customer service I first had anissue with my order but the manager and assistant manager went out of their way to fix it. I went there Sunday night 10/2/22. I ordered a big bacon classic combo and an additional large fry. I get my food, look in the... bag, no large fry. I inform the cashier that my large fry is not in the bag. I can't believe this lady told me " we don't haveany large fry containers so I just took it off of your order" she didn't feel the need to tell me that, so she figured I'll takeit off she didn't really want a large fry, what? I have never been around such incompetence in my life, so you couldn't offer metwo small fries, you couldn't tell me you don't have any large fry containers? So I asked her to just charge me for a small fry, then I heard the manager saying, "we took it off cause we don't have any large fry containers" ???? I can't take it. No logic,no problem solving skills even within management. When I finally got my fries they were cold. They don't care what they servetheir customers, I will not be returning. Read more
Great as always, my only complaint is that I order a hamburger/single with ketchup and for some reason, I always end up getting... a CHEESEBURGER. Somewhere along the way, life took a turn from the days when if you wanted a cheeseburger you were told it wouldcost $.15 more! God created the HAMBURGER first then came the added cheese. I really hate having to check my order and moretimes than I care to admit... have to give it back and ask for my beloved hamburger. But it's not only Wendy's... This happenseverywhere... The gentleman was so friendly when I ordered @ the drive through. When I went to the window to pay me being from out-of-state I... didn't realize there was tax on the food so I just gave you $5 from a biggie bag and he put the 35 that I still owed him fromhis own pocket. When I looked at the receipt I said I didn't give you enough money and he said that's okay I'll put it out of mypocket but I still gave him the money he was very nice. Read more
Won?t be back. Reviews 4 years ago same as today. Waited 20 min in front of cashier to give order. No acknowledgment of... customers. 3 people in front of me came back to get orders corrected. Were going to eat in but ac cranked up so high, customerswearing coats and sweaters .Finally, management prepared my order so it was 25min to complete order. We ate in our car. Drive thru service was OK but the food was terrible. The fries were burnt and tasted as if they were fried in old oil. The... grilled chicken sandwich was poorly executed - squished bun, a small thin slice of lettuce, sauce was all on one side and amess. I am a huge fan of Wendys but this location left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. I don't recommend. Read more
