Minus 1 stars!!!! Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Let's start with the first trip thru the drive thru. If u repeated the dam... taco salad to me then why wouldn't I expect it to be in the order at the second window? Second window, it seems very unlikelythat u have no way to add a salad that is obviously already made in the fridge.. second trip thru drive thru. Second window,handing me a plain salad after the second time I've discussed a taco salad with u is beyond ignorant. While having to knock onthe window for utensils to eat it with was what we laughed at most. Now on to the burger. If u enjoy beef jerky. This isdefinitely the drive thru for u. Both the beef and bacon were extra chewy. And finally. Believe it or not, most Wendy'slocation's offer a spoon with the frosty. It's kinda something most of us pass by McDonald's for to get to ur store. Do urself afavor and just stop at the next one down the interstate ???? Read more
I go here often. 99.9% of the times, it was a great experience. The staff are friendly, and professional. My hats off to... them all. The drive through is not a problem for me as I usually go at none peak business hours. At peak hours I understandthat I have to be patient. Read more
Haven't ordered yet......been waiting behind a few other cars. They certainly are living up to their low rating. Hope the food... is better than the service....... Oh, well. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The fries were crispy, but not hot and fresh. More likelukewarm and stale. The burger had a bottom bun so hard you could knock on it. Probably been sitting under a heat lamp forawhile. Management and crew should be tossed, unfortunately this Wendy's is probably trying to do the best they can with thelevel of help available in Macon. Truly sad. Closest Wendy's to our house so we eat here a good bit. Their service has seemed to be slipping over the last few months with... speed and the quality of food. This location was recently remodeled and reopened a few days ago. Ordered this evening and theline was wrapped around the building. Took forever to get up to the window and still had to wait then. Even though we had towait 2 of our chicken sandwiches had raw spots on the inside. This is disgusting and obviously not healthy especially comingfrom a fast food service establishment. This is unacceptable and proves that this location not only needed a upgrade inrenovations but also needs a revamp of their employees/managers. Read more
Food was great but when I compared my receipts each order I placed was charged 5 extra dollars. I work hard for my money only to... have it stolen. Also ordered a 4 for 4.44 large size and that had an added 5 dollars contacted my bank to make sure they don'tcharge per swipe everything was fixed in a timely matter not sure what exactly what happened but I am now a happy customer thatwill eat there again ????????????
