They were extremely busy. But the staff they had was excellent. Our server was Eli unfortunately I do not know the cooks name bc... man he deserves a raise!!! A clean establishment with a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and great service times. We ordered our food and received it in less... than 5 minutes. The food was also delicious. I highly recommend this Waffle House. Read more
Not the best waffle house experience. This was my first time eating at this location. Came in and there were dirty tables... everywhere. We had to wait a bit for them to clean one booth for us to be able to be sat. The food came fairly quick but was alittle more brown than usual like it cooked just a tad too long. The waitress had to go clean a fork for me since they didn'thave any forks clean at the moment. Just overall seemed dirty and disorganized. Waffle House on Bass Rd is great. Newly open. Very clean. The staff are super helpful and cheerful. The food was out so fast I... thought it was someone else's order.
