I kept trying to call in an order at 4:15am kept getting a recording about dine in guest and limited phone calls. One problem... NO DINE IN, walk up window only,. I went pulled up to the walk up window, walked up, waitress Sarah takes her time to comefrom behind counter. I ask first about if they took call in orders, she said she had been to busy to answer the phone., shewas by herself. There was one person in the parking lot waiting for a single order. Then she told me she could not take myorder as long as I was parked there it was a safety issue. I ask to give my order and go park. Then she said that the cookwould not accept my.order with me parked there, then I see he is sitting comfortably in the corner. I told her I was ahandicapped senior citizen please let me place my order and go park. NO! I had to park, walk to window place my order and gobaxk to my car until it was ready. No sign saying no parking or anything. So I left at this point I did not want thempreparing food for me behind locked doors. I don't think Sarah wanted to W-O-R-K. just a job and a small paycheck probably soshe could get her government benefits. Very rude! Oh I forgot to mention Sarah is black and I am Caucasian, wonder howmuch that had to do with it!!! My question does the cook Kevin know how to answer the phone? Read more
I was there after 10:00 at night. There was a large crowd standing outside. It was not the safest feeling in the world. I asked... why they were out all outside and was told that the seating portion of the restaurant was not open. You had to order and paythrough one window and they gave you your food through another window. So, if you want to have a sit-down meal, this isdefinitely not the place to go. I'm not sure whether they're open for inside seating during the day or not. Read more
Noisy, can't hear yourself over workers. Also need more training. Someone took our drink order then walked away and never came... back. Another person asked if we had been taken care of when we said no she then took our order. Read more
