I had previously given this restaurant 4 stars but that is no longer valid. The past few times I have gone to the restaurant I... have been throughly disappointed and disgusted. The employees are not practicing cleanliness and hand hygiene. They lackprofessionalism and are not dressed appropriately for work. They are talking on their phone earpieces when they should beworking and taking orders. Employees are handling trash can and walking outside the facility then returning to prepare orderswithout washing their hands. And no matter what time you go the floor is always dirty. I placed a curbside pick up order and no one ever came out. I eventually went inside to which I had to wait about minutes before... I pretty much had to reorder my smoothie. They were very busy, but seemed adequately staffed, not sure what was going on. Read more
I always place my order online because since recently they are extremely slow. I put on my app I?m on the way. I get a... notification that my smoothie is ready which it should have I waited 15 mins after the time it would. My stepdaughter went into get it and I was wondering what was taking her so long. They haven?t even made it my order still on their screen and theyhave her just standing there like she?s nobody. She told me later the lady asking her for her name when she clearly told herwho the smoothie was for it was not until I walked in now they looking around like they have no clue. Then she has to call theowner to see how to refund and then says it takes 7 to 10 business days there is no where now that can?t refund your card backsooner then that. But Monday I definitely hope to see my refund processed. This place is definitely not the same I hope theycan turn it around. Read more
Worst tropical smoothie experience I have ever had! I don't know what the people in the store were on, but I want... some....rapping, dancing but not caring about customer's orders being ready...that's a new level of "idgaf". I think there were7 people working there and I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my food, wouldn't I have asked they would haveforgotten...didn't even see my name on their screen. Bad.
