Go there often for happy hour for freezes. The staff are always friendly and professional. Order always correct and ready fast.
Absolutely horrible service. Went through the drive thru and received the wrong food. Let me say that the lady working at the... drive thru window was the nicest. HOWEVER, I passed the food back and explained that it was made wrong. She took the food to theback and came back a few minutes later. It was the EXACT same wrong food. We did this 5 times before I just kept it and tossedit in a convenient store trash. Like come on 4 plain tacos and nachos without the meat. Highly dissatisfied. It says it is open at 7am but most of the times I go no one takes the order. ??????????? I just changed to one star. Taco Bell... is in my t0p 3. I went there recently and they completely messed up my order. All of my items were wrong. I discovered it once Imade it to work. I need a refund. This is ridiculous and no reply from any head person. This location is horrible with food preparation. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. When I got home to eat I discovered my wrap... consisted of lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. Where's the meat? Then to make matters worst, no one knows the contactnumber for this location. I guess they knew not to list it with these ratings. Read more
The visit tonight was horrible. The store was out of lettuce and they still charged me for sour cream, and did not put the... tomatoes on the supreme. They barely put meat in the taco. I was the only person in line at the drive thru, ordered just 4 breakfast burritos total for me and my coworkers at 7:30am.... After waiting at the window for 6 minutes the employee comes over and asks me to pull around to the double doors and wait andthey will bring it out to me. At 7:46 I tried to go inside to see if my order was ready because I didn't want to be late forwork but the doors were locked. I went back to my car. At 7:57 he brought my good out. 27 minutes is a bit ridiculous for fastfood, especially when I was the only person there at first. During my waiting time 3 more cars came to the drive thru and wasasked to pull around to the double doors as well. This not only is a nuisance being that they weren't even busy initially, butit was taking up parking spots for customer that may want to eat inside whenever they decide to let people in, and it also cancause traffic jams. Horrible and horrible! Second visit and it?s was more terrible than 1st one. Don?t even try it if you are reading the comments.... I don?t why Taco Bell allow this property do this. They pull me over at the Front door when nobody it?s was behind me. Acustomer trying to get in but the door was close when they still hour operation. Kids in the dining areas.
