This is our go-to Taco Bell for it's convenience though just about every time I have to triple check they got my substitution... right for beans instead of beef as they've mess it up more consistently than not. That's what the docked star is for. This lastvisit they were super proactive, even asked at the speaker to double check that it is what I wanted, and got it right!!! Theygave me an extra drink (thanks) and when we got home there was even an extra grilled chicken burrito for my husband (nocomplaining). The one complaint is that in our spicy potato soft tacos, the spice was missing. Seriously, the picture shows thesingle drop of chipotle sauce we found in each taco. Maybe they were running out? But like, that sauce is the reason we lovethose tacos! As an aside. Dining in is not an option here anymore and all orders are being taken through the drive through oron the app. Get the app, it's amazing!! Stopped by this location last lastnight and I must say EVERYTHING in my order was correct! This locations kitchen staff is on... point with making correct orders and also the cashier has very good communication skills and was very nice! Read more
If I could rate this Taco Bell a zero I would horrible customer service. The young girl at the window the little itty-bitty tiny... girl with the long braids and green hair was extremely rude mocked me and did not know how to operate her register. I haveworked cashier jobs in my past and tried to help her understand how to do a split payment and because she didn?t know how to shesaid they don?t do it. Then when I asked her if I gave her cash could she do the rest on my card she raised the tone in hervoice to mock me and shook her head back and forth and was completely belligerent ! Then when it came time to give me my receiptshe yanked at it three or four times hard trying to rip it off!!! Really extremely rude!!!! I do know her name isn?t the one onthe receipt because I have seen this name several times and this girl is fairly new I have never seen her in drive thru?Theyneed to fire almost the whole staff and rehire people who WANT to work in customer service!!!!!
