Second time came into store very clean associates and manager (Erika) very polite and the food is really good
So my husband placed an order here, and the establishment was out of all the inventory they needed to fill his order. He was... told that he wouldn't recieve a refund because the manager (Sheila), nor the GM (Julia) would not answer their phones, and totake a picture of his receipt and return the next day to possibly recieve his refund, that's all the assistance the employee(Kira) offered . This subway is always nasty there is no one here that wants to clean up . They can?t even serve a sandwich cause they don?t have... everything they need in order to serve you . It?s getting to be sad and it needs to be closed down cause it?s so nasty . Somesorry people work here and they need to turn it over to new management or close it down for good. Read more
The first bad experience I had was when associate turned me away and said that they were closed and it was only 9:45. It closes... at 10:00. I kindly took my money and business elsewhere. I gave them a second chance today. Well I ordered a wrap and mysandwich was poorly made. I visited the subway near Kroger and ordered sandwich the EXACT same way. Entirely differentsandwich (portion wise). And she didn't even put any napkins in bag. I don't think I will going back. Read more
It was horrible. Ordered 4 subs and the young man behind counter really needed more training. Seemed he could not focus. Was... very unsure of what he was doing. When I mentioned to young man that everything was falling out of sandwiches as they were beingwrapped he informed me it was because they didn't let the bread rise enough. Which was not what I wanted to hear! Needless tosay every sandwich was falling apart when we got home and I had to remake and reheat all the subs. My hubby says we won't begoing back to that one. I always order online. Today the poor girl behind the counter was just doing her job when a mom with her child decided to be... rude to her. She took it like a champ and said she was sorry. Maybe next time that lady will also order online. Or do go tosubway when your in a hurry! Great people always wonderful service! Read more
