I got a drink and chips with my sandwich, except for having no Coke, no Sprite, no Lemonade, no DrPepper. I informed an... employee, he said "I don't know, it's my first day here". Do not eat here. The employees don't wash their hands enough. I've seen them touching food without gloves. And playing on their... phones or touching their skin without washing their hands. There's currently no manager at this location, so good luck if youhave an issue with anything. The area coach is sorry and doesn't train employees, puts them on the floor with the knowledge thatthey aren't trained, but still expects them to know how to do their job. On top of expecting them to work a month withoutgetting paid. Due to an error on management's end. You obviously don't need employees that bad if you're willing to fire someonethat's asking for their paycheck so they can work. You guys are weird. Read more
The employees were really nice even though it was packed from lunch hour
I had a very bad experience with Subway. They left a knife in my sandwhich and when I returned to address it the employee was... nasty. She snatched my paid for sandwich out of my hand and threw it in the trash. Didn't open the sandwich to check mycomplaint, then told me she wasn't going to replace or refund my money. Walked in and the lady was sitting at the table. She did not speak. She got up and did not wash her hands. She put gloves on and... proceeded to make my sub. While slicing the bread, it looked like she cut herself. She looked at her hand. I asked if she cutherself and she said not really. She showed me her hand and there was a hole in the glove. wow what a mess. the worker took his bandage off while he was ringing us up. He wiped the blood off of his arm while he was... touching our food. There was a box in the middle of the checkout line. I ordered a six inch and he gave me a foot long. I saidnot to toast it, he toasted it. Loud music in the restaurant. The workers pants were sagging so bad. Very unprofessional. Read more
