I'm a regular here and it's my favorite Starbucks (although technically it's Kroger, not Starbucks). The staff are always... welcoming, friendly, hard-working, and have great customer service skills. They make it a point to get to know you and try toremember your name and your drink. The coffee is always top quality and they are always happily willing to make it right ifthere was a mistake made (which rarely happens). Their manager is also friendly, hard-working, and is great at customer service.She expects it done right, but leads with a positive attitude.
