I was going to try this restaurant out for lunch. I like vegan food and wanted to give them a try. I'm only giving this... restaurant a 1 star review because the owner was apologetic after the fact. I understand being a new restaurant, but don'tadvertise things you don't have. I asked for a bottle of water, they didn't have any. I ordered a vegan burger and fries. Theydidn't have fries ????. I ordered mac n cheese instead. My co-worker ordered her food. We were in our lunch break. We were toldthe food will be ready in 15 minutes. Soooo about 40 minutes passed. I asked how much longer for our food. Now get this, youwon't believe the answer. I was told they had to send someone to the store to get some of the items we ordered ????. What!!!They should have just told us they didn't have the items in the first place. We could have ordered something else or just left.I told them, "Y'all have wasted our lunch break." This whole time we were thinking our food was being prepared. No one told usanything. ???? So very unprofessional and inconsiderate. So we were going to wait for someone to grocery shop and then wait forour food to be prepared? I nicely asked for a refund. I will definitely not be going back. Read more

Passing through GA and took a quick detour off the highway to try this place and we were not disappointed. My daughter and I... shared the loaded nachos and the pepper steak with mac and collards. We also ordered the Sunshine smoothie (pineapple, mango,peach, ginger .. awesome) and an Oreo cupcake. Yeah, we ordered way too much food. Everything was fantastic. My first time here the host and staff was so friendly and welcoming. The establishment was nice I like the vibe. Music,... pictures nice. The food is delicious I got the burrito love it. I?ve tried this place a couple times and I?m very satisfied! The first time I had the fried chik?n dinner and got the strawberry... cupcake and a cookie. The desserts were delicious! Definitely tasted homemade. I like the way they seasoned the greens in thedinner; that and the jackfruit and the cornbread were good! The Mac and cheese was good too, but it was a particular taste inthe seasoning that I didn?t care for at first. I still ate all of it though! The last time I went I had the bacon avocado ranchsalad and it was delicious! I thought it was gonna be light, but it was a LOADED salad and topped well! They are on the pricierside, but it?s vegan, it?s freshly prepared, and they?re a small business. The owner is very kind and helpful, and I hope thatthey add some more dishes to the menu! Delicious! Delicious!Delicious! I ordered the chick'n meal with collard greens, mac&cheez, and cornbread. Each item was loaded... with flavor. The taste and the texture of everything was perfect. I also ordered each one of the desserts... because why not?It's hard to believe the desserts are vegan! The strawberry cupcake and the sweet potato cupcake were both moist and each one'sicing was smooth, sweet and creamy. Not "pasty" at all like some other vegan cupcakes I've had. Both the chocolate chip andpecan chocolate chip cookies were moist and chewy. The atmosphere was a vibe with old school soul music playing in thebackground. Customer service was superb! Such a great little place in every way! We had awesome Philly cheese steak quesadillas and THE MOST delicious beans ?n rice... ever. The counter server was really nice even though it was very busy-she was patient with all our questions. Great homemadesandwich cookies too! Read more

Couldn't give these folks enough good feels. I am traveling and eating vegan is very tough on the road. To find a place that has... true, delicious southern food that vegan too... awesome ????. Super nice and friendly staff, food was incredible both times Iate there ( watch out- Tuesday they only serve tacos/quesadillas and not full menu). Got the Mac attack combo and tacos arelegit. Loved this gem of a local restaurant! Stopped in while traveling through GA on the way to Atlanta. First impression was of a... clean, neat and modern setting. Very nice style. We ordered ?steak? tacos, and they were great! Service was quick and the folksrunning the place were very friendly and customer-oriented. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a meatless meal,and also - as a carnivore myself - to the public at large! Read more
