Do not waste your time going here. Ordered a two piece spicy. Chicken wasn't spicy. Also ordered a 3 piece combo. They forgot... the mash potatoes. If you do go make sure you get there before 6:30 bc they stop making food after that time even though theyclose at 8 pm. Employees are just all around lazy and seriously lack customer service. Not even 6 months and they still don't seem ready for business. Dining area needs TLC at noon. Staff seems uninterested in... customer service. Kitchen needs attention and employees need to work on their presentation. Coleslaw is weird. Small chickenpieces. Overpriced, not a good value. Read more
My recent visits to this establishment has me baffled as to why this location is open. The Service is terrible. You are unable... to order the food you desire. We plan to order a family meal with all dark meat, but the young lady advised us that we could notorder just dark meat. We do this at every other location, and we are fine with paying the up charge. However, this locationdoesn?t care to provide the customer with the order they want. Tonight once again, we tried to purchase a family meal, And wewere informed that they only had 5 breast left on the rack and they weren?t going to drop another order. We were at the locationan hour prior to closing, and they stopped making food. The service is terrible! We went to Glory Days since we could not getserviced at Popeyes. If you want good service and food, I strongly recommend you spend your hard earned money at anotherrestaurant or Popeyes. Read more
The service is completely terrible. Staff doesn?t care to satisfy customers and do their job as expected. My family and I, have... experienced many problems with what we want to order and how we order it. It?s not that hard to simply do the job you gotinterviewed for and get paid for. Also, these employees portray a very nasty and disrespectful attitude when we simply want tojust order a meal. Either they do their job right or shut this place down immediately. Don?t waste your time or Money !!!!! I asked for a 4 piece combo all drums the staff made me get a 2 piece combo because they... say they were about to close it was 9:43 and they are supposed to close at 11 ? not only that they say they didn?t have sweettea , lemonade or coke ,so I didn?t get a drink ,I asked for 2 apple pie they said they didn?t have any , I asked for a biscuitthat came with my combo that I paid for they said they didn?t have any cooked I said but doesn?t it come with the combo theysaid yes smh then I look at my food and the chicken looked old and the fries were cold smh the worst Popeyes Ever !!! My grandma and I stopped by to get some food for lunch and we get there and they are out of chicken sandwiches which is fine so... then we decided to get chicken nuggets well they are out of that too. So we just decided to do the 11:99 dine for 2 and we askfor the rice and mash potatoes but we got two rices. Then as we were leaving we realized that they didn?t give us our drinks wetried to call but no answer. Very disappointed. Read more
Customer service in drive thru was fine. Only had regular chicken sandwich because combo was literally twice as much. Sandwich... was a bit stringy, not as good as it used to be, but I'd go back to this location. Read more
Wanted to dine in. I stood at the register for about 5mins before acknowledged, even though multiple people saw me standing... there. I asked for spicy strip meal and they weren't spicy or hot.
