The first time I went, the chicken was golden, red beans and rice was perfect and so were the biscuits. I just knew I had... finally found a good Popeye's again. All visits after that was horrible. I won't be going back. The lines are long, chickenlooks like it cooked on a previous day, the biscuits, the thing they said I had to wait on, was doughy. I had never had abiscuits that horrible! I fail to see how business can run or make any money when your out of something for weeks at a time. How are you out of ketchup,... shrimp, biscuits, and other things? Not only that, but it takes 20 minutes to get through the line to pay because they move soslow. I had 5 people leave the line in front of me because it wasn?t moving at all. This is a newer store. Who knew Popeyes chicken was SO SO good!! I've only ate there two times and wow! Amazing. Store is kinda... busy .... the drive thru is anyway. Read more
Poorly managed. I've gone there for lunch around 12:00 pm twice.The doors are open like you can go on the inside and order your... food.They watch you park your car, come inside and tell you that you have to go back out, get in to your car and go to thedrive-thru. The ignorant staff sitting in the dine-in area eating, thinks it's funny. There is no sign posted at the doortelling the customer that the inside area is closed. Nor, is the door to the dine-in area locked, to prevent customers fromentering the dining area, since it's supposed to be closed.This is an everyday practice at this location. The staff don't valuethe customers time and most of them are very unprofessional, long dine-in wait times, long drive-thru wait times and the foodyou want to order is always not available. **AVOID** This has to be the most poorly run Popeye's franchise in North America. One thing you can expect from all Popeye's... is horrendous customer service but this location takes it to new levels. I placed my order at 4:19 7/31/2022 for 3 spicy chickenmeals. I was told it would be 12 minutes. I returned in 20 as I knew that would not be the case. I spoke with the femalemanager with orange hair who kept saying she was working on it. 40 minutes later I received my food Without a single form ofcompensation for my wait. This place absolutely sucks! I love Popeyes food but I will never give this location my business again. I work about half a... mile from them, i have been 3 times and today was my last try. No customers inside no customer in drive through. I finallyafter 10 min drove to the window and asked why they were not taking orders and was talked to so disrespectful. I typically don?t eat Popeyes but I decided to give them a chance since this was the new location. I get that it?s Sunday so... there was like a 20 minute way in the drive through, but when I get to order the person on the other end had a nasty attitude. Iget to the window, still nasty attitude and looking at me crazy. The kicker, these are the $3.50 ?regular? fries. But a large is$3.99?yeah ok. If you don?t like your job, go somewhere else. I went when they first opened..bad experience. So, I went on 10-20 and purchased the $6.00 box. When I got to the window..water... was visibly on the floor and trash right behind the area where the food was. Also, when I got home the chicken had a sour smelland was soaked with grease.
